- - Personality:

Roman to use laugh and smile but not any more. He used to be happy from time to time but now what little happiness he had has been sucked away. He tends to be rather quiet now and keeps to himself. He can hold a grudge forever and rarely forgives others for doing anything wrong to him. His friends all abandoned him after they found out about his father and Roman will likely never forgive them. He still thinks about it and hates them but it only makes things worse.

He is highly intelligent and kind when he lets himself be that way. He is the polar opposite of his father. The man feels no emotions yet shows it well but Roman feels everything and hides it all. He does wish he couldn't feel the anger and sadness and betrayal and fear but he does and he feels It all so intensely but he hides it well.

- - History:

James Leroy was a cruel person in secret but to the world he was a charming and intelligent young man. Before he met his wife he had already formed a list of people whom he had kidnapped, mutilated, tortured and murdered. The youngest being an eight year old girl named Daisy.

He did most of this is New York before moving to Haven to 'visit his half-brother'. He killed at least two people there before becoming bored and moving again, this time to California where he continued to kill and hurt a number of victims. Bliss was one of these victims but James couldn't bring himself to kill her. He did however stab her, severing her spine and putting her in a wheelchair for life before deciding to stop and simply let her go.

She became depressed, her identical twin sister did what she could to help but Bliss seemed to remove herself from the world until she met a young man by chance (though it wasn't really chance, it had been carefully planned). She did not recognise him and until this day does not know that it was him who attacked her. He seemed like a knight in shinning armour. Bliss had never even ahd a boyfriend before and thought she would never meet anyone being in a wheelchair but James didn't seem to mind at all. She was only eighteen and he was sweet and charming and it wasn't long before she agreed to marry him.

She had her son by nineteen. Later graduating in anthropology and working in a museum. Life was great in the beginning but slowly the cracks started to show. James was impulsive and violent at times before immediately apologising and being nice again. It was frightening living with him and Bliss found she could not question anything he did for fear that he might snap at her.

Everything had to be perfect and their son was soon a victim of this as well. He had to have the best grades and was never allowed to do anything wrong and if he did, he would suffer the consequences. Image was of great importance to James. They had to be the perfect family despite all his secrets and strange business trips he would go on. He continued killing and hurting people until last year when they finally caught him. He confessed to 62 murders and was all over the news. It was the longest running serial killing and with the highest number. It was a big deal all over the world so it was inevitable that Roman and his mother would appear on the news.

People started to fear them and hate them. Even though it had only been James they were believed to have been like that too but in truth they had been living in fear of him. She changed their last names to her maiden name and moved here hoping for a new life and enrolling her son at Riverside Academy.
