There's two ways that you could go with this guy. I'll let the person decide this.
1). He's from Australia and has known Milan and Tyler all their lives. They're friends, but not extremely close. They tend to hang out and do random crazy (SAFE) things.
2). He's from anywhere you want and doesn't know Milan prior. They get close over bonding over certain things (that I'll talk about with you at some time). They do random crazy, relatively safe things.

Just like there's two histories, there's also two personalities
1). Asshole. General overall asshole. This would most likely go with two. He would have a soft spot for Milan though and not want to see her hurt.
2). Sweet, nice, caring, and an overall sweetheart. This would most likely go with one. He'd be like another older brother to her, and she'd look up to him.
