Cameron let out a laugh as Cara let out a hiss from the third cut. She was about to make it go farther when she heard someone near her. They wanted her to put the knife down. That was a joke. It was one of the HCA’s wanting her to stop hurting people so they could go back to being lazy. Did she care? Of course not. She was going to do what she wanted. She hadn’t been taking her daily sedatives to keep herself calm. She didn’t want to be regulated by medicine all of her life. She wanted to live how she wanted to.
Her eyes were fixed on Manu, watching his every move. As he moved closer she moved the knife closer to Cara’s body. As she felt a person on her left arm she turned and looked at them while Manu grabbed her right arm and bent it back. As she heard her knife hit the floor she let out a cuss. She didn’t even listen to Manu when he asked if she was going to put down the knife, why should she.
In her mind, even if she had only been here for a few days, the HCA’s were pointless. But that was mostly because of the fact that she didn’t want them interfering like they were now. As both of her arms were pinned behind her back she tried pulling them down, but of course with a person holding onto one arm each, it was easier for them to keep them in their grasps.
As she struggled against the two guys held onto her arms she began kicking towards their groins. Obviously it was of no use since of course since they had her restrained pretty well. As she felt her arms being pulled down and two other trying to keep her legs still, she had fallen to her knees as to not pop out her shoulders. That would be a painful disadvantage. She heard them briefly talking about trying to get her pinned to the floor and she tried struggling more from her knees.
She didn’t want to go down, she wanted to kill Cara and this was her second chance. People always had to get in the way. They could never let Cameron to finish her problems off. Finally when they got her pinned to the floor, she was facing the side and her legs were pinned down by the other two that had come to help Manu and Corey.
She heard someone ask which sedative to use. Fuck no. She wasn’t going to be fully sedated again. Of course it had been a regular occurrence at Bluebird because of the fact that Aleksei and herself had caused quite a few people to kick off. All of the sedatives were common to her, but Lorazepam was the one that her doctor or whatever you wanted to call him had prescribed to her to keep her calm on a daily basis. Of course she had stopped taking it just after she left Bluebird. At least there they forced her to use it.
Diazepam was another one of her doctors choices before they found out she was building an immunity to it. Just what they needed. A sociopath with a partial immunity to a sedative. Not what they really wanted to deal with. She couldn’t blame them for changing it, they wanted to keep her sane and out of trouble, although it barely worked.
Midazolam which was their choice because a second after Peter asked the chick that was restraining her decided that it was to be the sedative of choice. Which was true. It was what they used sporadically on her at Bluebird when she did something harmful to someone else, or extremely bad to herself. They used it sporadically so that when she was given it, it wouldn’t take that long to kick in.
As soon as she felt the sting of the needle entering her leg she let out another curse. It only she had wore intact jeans instead of ripped ones she could have maybe missed getting the needle into her skin, but no, of course she had to wear ripped jeans.
She tried struggling with them after the needle had been removed from the skin and the sedative coursing through her body. They had taken Cara out of her view, probably to receive medical attention for her multiple wounds. She would probably need stitches for a few of them and she smirked. At least she would get a nice scar from it.
Her mind began to get fuzzy. Of course the sedative would fucking work. It would work quickly too. She knew that it wouldn’t even take that long for her to be fully out, and the more she struggled the faster she would be out. It was common knowledge. The more you moved, the more your heart pumped, the more blood was circulated around your body, the faster something made it through your blood stream. She struggled a little more before she was having a hard time keeping her eyes open. She felt her limbs feel heavier to the point that she couldn’t really struggle. She wasn’t sure how long she would be locked in isolation, but she didn’t want to be there at all.
As soon as her eyes got too heavy for her to hold open she felt herself being carried out of the school area. She then fell into darkness, until the sedative wore off anyways.
